What’s happening right now
The foundation concrete pour is complete.
This week the crew placed it in three passes. East concrete went down first. The west section followed. The center was graded after both sides were in place, then poured and finished this morning.
Why this phase matters
East and west locked in the outer pads. Grading the center afterward brought that bay level with the concrete already placed, so the last pour ties into both sides.
This is the base the walls will rise from. Once the concrete cures, the crew can move above grade.
